Someone with an exercise addiction will depend on the exercise for their self worth, self identity and mood stabilization.  They will exercise even when they are sick or injured.  The person with an exercise addiction will continually feel the need to increase their exercise.  The day will be determined by how much exercise they have completed.  


There are different forms of exercise addiction. Primary exercise addiction is where physical exercise is the goal versus secondary exercise addiction where weight loss is the goal.
